BRMS Computer Elective

ANNOUNCEMENTS - for all grades - please read DAILY

1. Soccer starts soon. Check this flyer for info.
2. GUM - It is not OK to have gum on the Boulder Ridge campus, and it is definitely NOT OK to have in the computer lab. Anyone chewing gum will be assigned 100 lines of “I will not chew gum in the computer lab.”
3. BLANK CDs for sale - Blank CDs are available for 25 cents each. Optional paper sleeves are an additional 5 cents. You are NOT required to have blank CDs for class. See me at the beginning of the class period to purchase CDs.
4. Firefox on iMacs - Firefox has been installed on the iMacs. Give it a try.

8th Grade (Periods 1, 3, 4, and 5)

1. Keyboarding warm-up. (10 minutes)
2. I need two volunteers to put the Red Ribbon Week flyers on poster board. Come see me if you want to be a volunteer.
3. Today is a “catch-up” day. If you are missing any projects, get them in today. If you are not missing any projects, continue working on your slide show that is due this Friday.
4. PROJECT - THE RED RIBBON WEEK FLYER CAN STILL BE TURNED IN TODAY. The baseball flyer still needs to be turned in also. If you’re still lagging on either your practice block format business letter or your letter to Mrs. Scott, get those in also.
5. DEMO - none. See me individually if you have questions or need help.
6. LAB - See #4 above for reminders of projects that are now overdue. Work on finishing any missing work.

7th Grade (Period 7)
